1. Arrange collection of keys from designated Officer/ meet Officer on site.
2. Agree work programme times
3. Carry out relevant risk assessments.
4. Clear, remove and convey to an approved and licensed waste transfer station all unwanted items of furniture and personal items from within property, garden and out-buildings.
5. Clean down any work surfaces, skirting boards, doors etc .
6. Vacuum/sweep all floors and floor coverings as necessary.
7 Inspect for insect and/ or rodent infestations and carry-out initial treatment to eradicate.
8. Recommend/ carry-out and additional works necessary to assist eradication such as proofing measures and the like.
9. Spray through property using a suitable air freshening substance and leave in a good clean condition upon completion.
10 Return keys to designated officer/ meet officer on site to agree completion of works.
